As the oil price is going up, so is the airline fuel surcharge. Many of the international carriers have already increased the fuel surcharge, they are doing again in the coming months. If you have bookings on Cathay pacific or Emirates get the tickets issued by 31st March to avoid another increase in fares. Airlines have become smarter, this year majority of the international carriers have incresed the fares to high season level as early as 20th May. It has definitely affected many families.
